Returns & Refund Policy

Grande Heels operates under UK consumer protection regulations, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the item meets all return conditions.

However, due to the nature of our products, strict hygiene standards apply.

Hygiene & Condition Requirements

Footwear may only be returned if:

  • The item is unused and unworn indoors only

  • The item is returned in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there is evidence that the item has been:

  • Worn outdoors

  • Used in performance, club, or public environments

  • Damaged, marked, or altered in any way

For hygiene and safety reasons, any item showing signs of wear will not be eligible for return.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only accept claims if:

  • The item is defective due to a manufacturing fault, or

  • The wrong item has been delivered

In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Clear photographic evidence

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions outlined above.
