At Grande Heels, we are committed to providing a reliable, fast, and discreet delivery experience.

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their shipment.

We ship within the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Delivery is handled by trusted carriers depending on location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

  • International orders: 3–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents.


Returns & Refund Policy

Grande Heels operates under UK consumer protection regulations, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the item meets all return conditions.

However, due to the nature of our products, strict hygiene standards apply.

Hygiene & Condition Requirements

Footwear may only be returned if:

  • The item is unused and unworn indoors only

  • The item is returned in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there is evidence that the item has been:

  • Worn outdoors

  • Used in performance, club, or public environments

  • Damaged, marked, or altered in any way

For hygiene and safety reasons, any item showing signs of wear will not be eligible for return.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only accept claims if:

  • The item is defective due to a manufacturing fault, or

  • The wrong item has been delivered

In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Clear photographic evidence

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions outlined above.
